Q: Can NMN be the fountain of youth?
A: NMN has received much attention recently for its purported abilities to slow down aging. Nicotinamide mononucleotide (“NMN”) is a precursor to an important coenzyme, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), which is present in every living cell. Our NAD+ levels, by middle age, can drop to half that of our early years.
